Forgiveness, compassion, gratitude and speaking our truth

Once again I’m sharing the second of three labyrinth pieces from this morning because I feel drawn to do so. I notice that in the first piece I explore ‘yesterday’s residue’ and ‘today’s concerns’ in specific terms … freeing up myself to allow a bit of insight or wisdom to come through me in the second piece … and following up in the third piece where I set some goals for myself. I have no idea how long this pattern might last, but it worked yesterday so I’m sticking with it today.

Synchronicity and Truth

Thought for Today

  1. Virginia –

I really just love the poetic and artful element of your labyrinth writing style first of all. Going beyond that, as you’ve shared, it allows us to “move through” whatever our thinking mind sets in the way of connecting to something deeper, heartfelt and from the soul. Recently as I was writing, I used your practice in a way that worked well for me. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your heart, your spirit, your wisdom and the elegance and grace of your soul with all of us. So inspiring! xoxo ~ J

    Jackie,
I’m sitting here allowing myself to drink in and feel your feedback within my soul deeply, savoring what all too frequently goes unnoticed or acknowledged in my rush to move on to the next challenge ahead. Yesterday a dear friend who happens to be a ‘coach’ asked me to take time to answer some questions and then ‘celebrate’ what I’ve accomplished in the past year. Today I’m mindful of a myriad of marvelous and monumental steps I’ve taken to arrive at this moment. Learning that you used this labyrinth practice with success warms my heart and emboldens me to continue what I’ve begun, with greater confidence and clarity. I’m gratefully enriched and feeling blessed beyond measure. Thank YOU so much!
    Hugs and blessings,

  3. Virginia, I’m so happy to have discovered your beautiful site. I am intrigued with your labyrinth writings — they are so inspiring, and I so appreciated your thoughtfulness in adding the audio file so we could listen and lean into the flow of it.

Thank you too for visiting my Heartspoken blog. Denise Wakeman is a favorite of mine too.

      Elizabeth,
I’m delighted to discover your comment and apologize for not approving it and responding in a more timely manner. I’ve not spent much time online of late because I’ve been busy with activities in the ‘real’ world. I appreciate your feedback and am glad you enjoyed both the audio and the labyrinth piece.
      Hugs and blessings,

Addendum: I realized I’d misplaced my reply to your message (originally left on April 19th at 4:53am) and now it’s out of order, so I’ve copied and pasted it in the correct place … just because. I do like some (though not all) things orderly. Friends who know how I keep house (or rather don’t) are laughing aloud right now … seriously! Let’s hear it for recovering perfectionists like me 😉

Thanks so much for your visit and heart-warming comment. I appreciate your supportive feedback and willingness to ‘tweet’ about my website too. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to respond, but your comment got caught up in my Spam folder and I didn’t notice it until this morning.
      Hugs and blessings,
